1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustPadel (trustpadel.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. The Directory Service

TrustPadel is a directory of padel clubs, coaches, and related services. We provide information about venues to help players find and connect with padel facilities. We do not operate the clubs listed and are not responsible for the services they provide.

Access to the directory is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to restrict or limit access at our discretion.

3. Club Listing Accuracy

Club information — including opening times, court counts, pricing, and amenities — is provided by club operators or sourced from publicly available data. TrustPadel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the club before visiting.

Club operators are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate. TrustPadel reserves the right to edit or remove listings at any time.

4. Player Check-ins and Reviews

When you submit a check-in or review, you grant TrustPadel a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content. You confirm that your submission is honest and based on a genuine experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

Check-in data is used to calculate club vibe scores and rankings. These scores are algorithmic and for guidance only.

5. Credits System

TrustPadel may issue credits (Rally Credits) as part of loyalty programmes, competitions, or promotional activities. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Credits may expire or be revoked at our discretion. The credits system is not a financial product and is not regulated as such.

6. Competitions and Prize Draws

Competitions hosted on TrustPadel are prize draws. Entry may require credits. No purchase is necessary to enter — free entry methods will always be available. Winners are selected at random from valid entries. Prize draws are subject to additional terms published at the time of each competition. TrustPadel is the promoter of all competitions on the platform.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

7. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data in bulk without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post content that is defamatory, hateful, or harassing

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. On termination, your credits and any associated data will be deleted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on TrustPadel — including the TrustPadel name, logo, design, and editorial content — is owned by or licenced to TrustPadel and may not be reproduced without permission. Club logos and images remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

TrustPadel is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of TrustPadel shall not exceed £100.

12. Third-Party Links

TrustPadel links to third-party websites including club booking platforms. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
