Italian Federation of Tennis and Padel (FITP) is the governing body for padel in Italy, overseeing the sport's development, regulation, and promotion across the country. Founded in 2022 as part of the merger between the Italian Tennis Federation and the Padel Federation, FITP now manages over 1,200 affiliated clubs and 60,000 registered players, making it one of Europe's largest padel communities.
FITP organises the national ranking system, sanctions official tournaments such as the Serie A and Serie B leagues, and coordinates international participation through the International Padel Federation (FIP). The federation also handles coach and referee certification, junior development programmes, and venue licensing. Whether you're a player, club owner, or enthusiast, FITP is your first point of contact for all things padel in Italy.
